Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amora Boy (the "Service"), operated by PALM-APPS LTD (company no. 16394239), 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Service is an adults-only product intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to view adult material in your jurisdiction. We use an age gate at entry and may require additional age verification before access to certain features or payment. We may terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

2. What the Service is

Amora Boy provides AI-generated virtual companions for entertainment, including text chat and, where enabled, AI-generated images and voice. All characters are fictional adults generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, are not sentient, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended and coincidental. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice and is not a substitute for professional help or human relationships.

3. Acceptable use

Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Content Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. You must not use the Service to generate, request, or distribute any content that depicts minors, non-consenting real people, or otherwise unlawful material. We operate a zero-tolerance policy and report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.

5. Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans are billed through our third-party adult-friendly payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Optional media (such as images or voice) may require consumable credits. Prices, billing frequency, and what each plan includes are shown at checkout. Charges appear on your statement as Amora Boy (exact descriptor shown at checkout). Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property & licence

The Service, its software, and its branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. Subject to applicable law and our policies, you may use AI outputs generated for you for personal purposes; you must not use them to imply endorsement by, or depiction of, any real person.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected; you use them at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or our policies, or where required by law or by our payment or infrastructure providers.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
