Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Amora Boy, operated by PALM-APPS LTD. Charges appear on your statement as Amora Boy (exact descriptor shown at checkout).

1. Subscriptions & renewals

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (e.g. weekly, 4-weekly, or annual, as selected) at the then-current price, until you cancel. The price and renewal frequency are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time and cancellation stops future renewals. To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account or contact support@amora-boy.app with the email used at purchase. You may also manage or cancel a subscription through the payment processor's consumer support portal shown on your receipt. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We will, however, review refund requests in good faith — for example for duplicate charges, a clear technical failure that prevented use, or unauthorised transactions. Contact us within 14 days of the charge with your transaction details.

4. Consumable credits

Credits used for optional media (such as images or voice) are consumable. Unused credit balances may be refundable in line with applicable consumer law; credits already spent on generated content are non-refundable.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Where a mandatory right to withdraw or to a refund applies, it prevails over this policy.

If you do not recognise a charge or have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@amora-boy.app — we can usually resolve issues faster than a card dispute.
