Complaints & Content Removal
Last updated: 2 June 2026
PALM-APPS LTD takes reports seriously. This page explains how to report content, request removal, or raise a complaint about Amora Boy, and how we respond.
How to make a report
Email support@amora-boy.app with: the content or account involved (link/identifier), the reason for your report, and — if you are the subject of the content or their representative — a way to verify this. You may report anonymously, but contact details help us follow up.
What we act on
- Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualisation of minors — handled with top priority, removed, preserved/reported to authorities as the law requires.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or depiction of a real, identifiable person without consent (including deepfakes).
- Content that is otherwise illegal or breaches our policies.
- Intellectual-property infringement (see below).
Our response
We aim to acknowledge reports within 72 hours and to remove or disable confirmed violating content promptly. For reports of non-consensual intimate imagery and any suspected child sexual abuse material, we act on an expedited basis and aim to remove confirmed content within 48 hours of a valid report, consistent with applicable law. Illegal content is reported to the relevant authorities. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations.
Subjects of content — fast removal
If you believe content depicts you (or a person you represent) without consent, tell us in your report and we will prioritise review and removal. We do not require you to prove the content is of you in a way that creates further risk; a good-faith statement is sufficient to trigger review.
Copyright / DMCA
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@amora-boy.app including: identification of the work; identification of the allegedly infringing material; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Escalation
If you are unhappy with our handling of a report, you may escalate to support@amora-boy.app. UK data-protection complaints can also be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
